All orders are properly packaged, protected and shipped in folded form in quality rigid cardboard tubes, suitable for shipping, thus ensuring that the order reaches its destination in perfect condition.

Your order will be shipped via the Transport Company (Correos Express or DHL). In case no one is present at the address provided at the time of delivery, the Transport Company will leave a notice to arrange a new delivery time.
Instaprim is not respsonsible for any liability due to any delay or inability to process an order, particularly in delivery, due to errors or lack of information provided by the Customer.

All the products that are advertised by Instaprim are manufactured inmediatly after payment confirmation. The items are made according to the customer’s instructions (size, colour, etc). Therefore, according to Legislative Decree 134/2001 of April 26, it is only possible cancel the request if production has not yet begun. In some situations where a partial refund is required (compensation for delays, size changes, etc.) the refund may be made in the form of a discount coupon for use on the website with no time limit or minimum purchase conditions.
You can return an item in the following situations:
If you receive your order and the package (cardboard tube) is damaged as a result of transport and you believe that the contents may have been damaged, please check the item before signing. If the product is damaged, please always leave documentation on the delivery note / PDA of the messenger, and email us within 48 hours to report the incident. After receiving the damaged product, we will send you a new oneo.
If you receive an item that is different than the one you requested, please contact us via email notifying us of the situation.

We are fully committed to ensure that your order arrives without delay, however, rarely due to factors that are beyond our control, there may be delays for which we can not be held responsible.
